1. General Provisions

- By registering and/or placing an order, the User confirms full acceptance of these Terms.
- The Program is a promotional initiative and is not a financial, investment, or payment service.
2. Eligibility
- Participation is available to registered website users.
- The Company may approve, reject, or suspend participation at its sole discretion.
3. Types of Rewards
- Discount: based on order value and approved retail discount matrix.
- Cashback: up to 10% of paid and completed orders, shown in personal account.
- Referral bonus: 1% from paid and completed referred orders via unique referral link.
4. Payments
- Cashback and bonuses are paid via bank card transfer provided by the User.
- Payments are made by the 15th day of the month following the reporting month.
- Payments require completed orders, no outstanding debts, and valid payment details.
- The Company may delay or suspend payments for verification.
5. Returns and Adjustments
- Cashback applies only to non-returned goods.
- In case of return, cashback may be recalculated, canceled, deducted, or reclaimed.
- Overpaid amounts may be offset against future payments.
6. Anti-Fraud Policy
- Fake transactions, duplicate accounts, and referral manipulation are prohibited.
- The Company may cancel rewards, suspend accounts, and withhold payments without prior notice.
7. Tax and VAT
- Cashback is treated as a promotional rebate and may affect VAT calculations under UAE law.
- Users are responsible for tax obligations related to received payments.
- The Company may withhold taxes where required by law.
8. Data Protection
- By participating, Users consent to processing personal data including payment details.
- Data is processed in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
- The Company applies reasonable security measures.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for technical failures, banking delays, or incorrect user data.
10. Amendments and Termination
- The Company may modify or terminate the Program at any time.
- Updated Terms are effective from publication on the website.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
12. Final Provisions
- Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms.
- The Program is valid until April 1, 2027, and may be extended by the Company.
