How to Request Deletion
- Send an email with subject Data Deletion Request to privacy@glfactory.ae.
- Include your phone number/account identifier used in the app.
- We may ask for a verification step to confirm account ownership.
What Gets Deleted
- Profile and account metadata linked to your user account.
- Saved addresses and optional profile preferences.
- Referral-related personal associations where technically applicable.
What May Be Retained
- Records required by accounting, tax, legal, and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Operational logs required for security and incident investigation.
- Anonymized analytics that cannot identify a person.
Processing Timeline
We process validated deletion requests as quickly as possible, typically within 30 calendar days.
